This was our first cross-country move, and arranging the logistics was daunting to say the least. 2,700 miles is a long way to go, what's the risk of damage, who's carrying our car, how long will it take to get there? Lots of questions, and Graham from AmeriFreight answered all of them. He was super-available and laid out the whole process for us. He made sure we understood what was going to happen, what our options were, and (no small detail) how much different options would cost.

Since the final price is up in the air with a brokered transport, until carriers start to bid, it was awesome to have Graham on our side to explain everything and let us know what to expect based on all of his experience. Would we use AmeriFreight again? You betcha. They know what it takes to keep nervous first-time customers happy, and we couldn't be happier with how it all worked out!
