My contact person was Graham. He was calling me to make sure that the car can be picked up at a convenient day for me. He called up to confirm the pick up date and the carrier's name. I would recommend them. The driver called 30 minutes before pickup and after drop-off. The scheduled pick-up dates and drop-offs dates were available to me much earlier, so I could be ready.
Overall, good experience.
