We are in the military and received short notice orders to move across country...once again. Every move is quite a logistical challenge with a crew of 9, one dog and 3 vehicles. Timing becomes critical to ensure everyone and everything gets to the destination on time. I decided to ship one of my vehicles due to a lack of drivers- that's when I contacted Amerifreight.

I would say the key to shipping an auto is flexibility and communication. Amerifrieght worked diligently to find a shipper, but most importantly continued to keep me appraised of where they were in the process. I had to change the pick-up and destination points a couple times based on timing, and Amerifreight handled it with ease. The website was easy to use and to make the deposit payment.

Communication was key throughout the entire process...and I was able to "hear" Amerifreight loud and clear!
