Their customer service is top notch, and their representative was incredibly sweet to us. However, I wish I had known that the "quote" I received was really just a bid. When you place an order with them, you are essentially hoping a carrier might offer you the rate you requested. In my case, I got a call back a week after placing the order with an offer. The carrier was offering a rate $200 over what I was quoted. At this point, I had waited a week and we needed to ship the vehicle. We were able to haggle them down, but still.
The carrier was on time and awesome. However, please know that you're not getting an exact price on your "quote". It's likely that you'll pay $200-300 more than you are quoted. Just being honest here.
