Bob Turner was great however I did pay for first class service which included that i could set the pick up date - the day came and went and 4 days later it was picked up. That was completely fine. The only comment I would like to add is that someone from the office called once a driver was located and asked if I would chip in more money for the driver. I said I would not and whoever he was he agreed and that was the end of it. I found this inappropriate.
Overall - car was picked up and dropped - great truck driver. Bob was amazing. Car arrived in perfect condition.
