The driver was friendly and very careful to load my long bed truck with care. I was pleased to see the the steps he took to make sure every thing was loaded and secured properly. He did not rush the job, which I appriciated. I stayed there for the whole operation and at no time was the driver taking any short cuts that might have marred my like new truck of 25 years.
I was called by the driver to let me know what his progress on the highway was and when he expected to enter Fl. I was contacted to let me know that he hd spoken to my my contact in Fl and told him of the approximated time of his arrival.
My contact called me and told me of the care that was taken to remove my truck from the transporter. He was impressed by the knowledge and throughness of sticking to every little detail. You may have won over a new client if he ever has a vehicle to move.
Even though the contract price was a bit higher than I was quoted, it certainly solved a lot of problems for me and I would certainly use Amerifreight again if the occasion should every arise again.
