This was my first time shipping a car, and boy was I nervous. Jorge was wonderful throughout the whole process, not to mention he ensured all my questions were answered. He was prompt with emails and returning phone calls, to make this shipping experience pleasant. The carrier driver was also great with answering my phone calls during the delivery time.
