This was a first time for me in shipping my vehicle and I feel that the overall experience was fine. I would do it again if I had to, as everything went pretty smooth on the pick up end of things. My car was delivered at a dealership at the destination and my request of making sure that the delivery was done during business hours and not on a weekend was met with no issues whatsoever. I am not there to see my vehicle personally and wont be for another 3 weeks, however, I am hoping and confident that all is just fine with my car. Getting a hold of the actual company that is in charge of shipping my car was not easy and they need to take many classes on phone customer service. The directions given by Ameri Freight on what to do regarding payment and preparation for shipment was clear and concise. I was able to speak to the driver personally who drove my vehicle to Florida and he was very professional, kind and pleasant over the phone. He put me at ease immediately regarding my car and it's arrival.
