Overall the shipping experience was a positive one. Amerifreight called me shortly after my
vehicle was available for shipment stating that a carrier would be near me in several hours
and that it would be able to take my vehicle. I met the carrier only a few miles from my
front door in a location in which the carrier could be parked. The driver's assistant offered to
drive me home in the vehicle and I accepted the ride. He then he drove back to the carrier.
A short while afterwards I decided to drive another of my cars back to the carrier to see what
was happening. My vehicle was already on the carrier, but I was there in time to the hydraulics
on the carrier move the vehicles on the carrier up and down until the desired packing of the
vehicles on the carrier was accomplished XXXa total of nine (9) vehicles. Driving days and nights
the carrier drove across the country in only several days. My daughter, who was to pick up
the vehicle, was telephoned and she went to pick it up. The only negative aspect of the ship-
ping of the vehicle was that my daughter had to drive half an hour to get to the pickup point.
This may have been the best location, though. The vehicle was unloaded and delivered to my
daughter both in good shape and in a timely fashion. We would use both the scheduling company,
AmeriFreight, and the carrier company, Williams Trucking, for future shipments.
