Clearly knows the business environment and once we negotiated a rate that would attract drivers, got a carrier lined up promptly. However, this negotiation only took place after the I had to inquire on the status of my contract and this was after the contract had been active for about 2 weeks. Was fair in negotiating the difference asked by driver to take the car. Overall a good outcome. Improve communications with the customer on the status of the contract and I would rate this higher in the future.
