We looked around at various car shipping companies and this was the only one that had the best reviews. When we asked for a quote we received a response within 1 hour of inquiry, once we had decided to go with Amerifreight I called included number and spoke with Graham Turner. Graham was very polite and answer all my questions and pretty much removed all concerns with shipping a car across the country. Since this was the first we had ever done anything like this anyone can imagine how nerve wracking it was for us to decide to ship. Speaking with Graham removed all doubts and fears and made us feel comfortable with the shipment. Graham was very upfront with the quote fees and explained that if carriers would not accept the rate he quoted that it was likely that we would have to raise the price to a retail cost in order to get the car picked up promptly. The carrier that was enlisted to pick up and deliver the car was also great. We had a pleasure in dealing with Ovy Teodorescu of Deluxe Auto Transport, he was very pleasant in his communications and always followed up with status of his travel without needing inquiry. The car arrived way earlier than we had expected and in perfect condition and it was even neatly parked in our drive way when we arrived at home. Outstanding service overall by both the carrier and the broker, I will definitely think about shipping cars again in the future instead of flying out to location to drive it back. If I get to deal with people like Graham and Ovy it will be a no brainer next time.
