Have never used this service before so was not sure what to expect; however it turned out to be a very professional experience from A to B!!!!!
Customer Service Rep was very helpful and quickly responded to my questions, when I was unable to make contact with the carrier, I spoke to Bob and within minutes I got a phone call from the carrier.
Driver kept me informed as to arrival date and time and called an hour before drop off time.
Would definitely use this service again if needed in the future
