We are truly sorry for not living up to our customers expectations. We go to great lengths to ensure that our customers are assigned quality and reliable carriers for shipping their vehicles. The manner in which this shipment was handled by the carrier was unacceptable. This carrier has been suspended from any further use by AmeriFreight. We will also contact our customer for possible further compensation for the inconvenience. We are continuously working hard to improve our criteria for selecting reliable carriers. The rate our customer selected was the economy saver rate. We try to negotiate with our carriers for the the best possible rate to ship a vehicle. During the high season that may be more difficult and we would always recommend that customers select the next rate up as that would be a much more predictable shipment this time of the year.
