Our apologies for not living up to this customer's expectations. We are very clear from the onset that rates quoted at the economy saver rate are bids we place on possible shipments if carriers have open capacity that needs to be filled. It often takes time to get the vehicles shipped at that rate but many times will require customers to up the rate if there is a higher demand. Also this time of the year is particularly busy and it may mean delays in shipping. AmeriFreight always tries to negotiate for the best rate in every possible way for a customer. We do get it right most times as is evident from our overall very positive reviews. Still we will always learn from every less than perfect experience and try to do better.
