Our first time experience in shipping a vehicle from Massachusetts to Texas turned out to be a positive and successful one. Working with Amerifreight, we found representatives of the company to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful. As we were novices to the process, we found them to be particularly helpful in explaining the arrangement and setting realistic expectations. Jorge helped manage the cost effectively and we felt he was working on our behalf with the transporter. He was responsive in returning calls and a good communicator. We found him to be easy to work with in every regard. Best of all, the transport of our new vehicle was managed within the timeframe we requested (in fact, delivery of the vehicle was earlier than expected) and in excellent condition. The driver from the transport company which took the order from Amerifreight was meticulous and provided us with peace of mind in his handling of the vehicle during pick up. We will need to transport the car back to Massachusetts at the end of the summer and without hesitation will look to work with Amerifreight again as we consider this a done right delivery!
