I found AmeriFreight through the BBB, where I had some assurance my experience would be handled with some level of accountability. I'm a professional consumer. And, I'd been taught a very good lesson signing up for online shipping brokers a few months before. NEVER EVER DO THAT, was the lesson. They apparently sell your information to literally hundreds of operations that call or email constantly! Finally I just left a out going message saying, please stop calling I had changed my mind!
After realizing I had to find a service provider I could trust, I contacted the BBB! Obviously I phone the first two or three, because in alpha order I found AMERIFREIGHT, where Graham was patient, professional and informative. Graham told me what to expect in all potential scenarios, never sugar coating or over promising. His confidence and honesty helped me make up my mind. I was going with AmeriFreight!
After setting up a plan, Graham called to say a local driver, who lived near me was picking up his rig and headed my way. This was just two days from making the arrangements! Bill Conyers the driver and I were on the phone that evening and what a guy! Courteous and responsible! Bill, phoned me almost daily with updates and time estimates for pick up and delivery. Bill was great about communicating with both my husband and I even though I was in ATL AND my husband was in Ca. The weather was particularly bad at that time and I found myself actually concerned for Bill, more so then my car. That's trust!
No question ... You'll have NO WORRIES.
I'd give this review for free, they deserve it.
