Simple and easy- Called and spoke with Jorge he explained the process, and the pricing model. I had checked around and gotten some web quotes which matched what Jorge said the national carriers charge. He explained how the transport broker business model works and the price was much less than national carrier quotes. He gave me some idea of what to offer price-wise to the carrier. Called back same day with a confirmed carrier and pick up. It was an easy process. I have no problem with the paid evaluation model. It worked for me.
