My overall experience with Amerifreight was first rate. Initially I had major concerns with the whole car transport industry and specifically because of all of the options that exist. After speaking with Jorge I was convinced that of the companies I had vetted, Amerifreight was the most upfront about the transport process and costs involved. After a few tense days of waiting for a carrier to elect to accept my rate I was surprised when I called Jorge to increase the amount we would offer to the carrier - in response to my stress Jorge took a substantial portion of his broker fees to go towards the carrier in order to assure that my car would both ship and be delivered on time - which is was.
I would highly recommend Amerifreight to friends and family with confidence that they would do whatever it takes to make the experience a positive one for their customers.
