I was very pleased with AmeriFreight. I would use them again. In fact, I will be referring a family friend to AmeriFreight. Everyone was very attentive and responsive. My only critique is that I was not fully informed about the process of dealing with the carrier bidding process and the pricing. I was informed, after entering into the initial agreement, that the "estimate" was only the starting point with the carriers, that the carriers have all the leverage, and that any price flexible is only in the upward direction. I paid an additional $200 than the estimate. I understand the process now, and it's not AmeriFreight's problem that the price went up, but I would have liked to have had a better understanding of the process up front.

Otherwise, very good service. I recommend AmeriFreight.
