Bob was knowledgeable and frank about how this industry works - ie a simple 'bid board'. I took the 'super saver' package, which did not result in any truckers accepting the job. It was not until I added $200 to the price, and minutes after I had cancelled my order 7 days after the first avail date that a trucker picked it up. Delivered on time and undamaged - trucker was great. It turned out to be a pricey endeavor in the spring on the east coast going north.
