Overall, we were very pleased with the car transportation services provided!
Our service is unique because we chose options that we needed that would be economical for us:
Amerifreight lets you know on their website and by email about an economy shipping option. They caution you that this shipping option is best for customers who have an open window of opportunity for transporting a car. It was not a priority to get the car picked up fast or delivered fast. Since we choose economy shipping we were okay to wait a while for a good price and a good route to suit us. However, the delivery window was originally from April 15th- April 24th. Amerifreight found a suitable option on May 4th. This worked out well for us because we were not starting work until May 13th so we had no pressing need for the car to be delivered. I'll admit I was starting to bite my nails a little bit as it got closer to May 13th, but, Amerifreight pulled through for us...SO...If you are needing your car picked up within a certain specific window...you will want to upgrade to a different shipping option! If you have an open window of opportunity and are not in a rush...economy worked great for us!
As far as customer service...Amerifreight agent Graham stayed in contact with us throughout the process and was able to answer any questions we had thoroughly. Graham was our primary contact and George also called a few times to correspond with us and George was really great to work with.
Car was delivered on time and it looks great! I couldn't of been happier with how quick the delivery was after pickup! Thanks to Amerifreight with setting us up with an amazing carrier!
