I ran into some difficulties getting my car out of the port in Baltimore so that it could be picked up and shipped to Wisconsin. The company I was working with basically dissolved and combined with another company with no warning. It took a good 2 weeks for me to track down the paperwork so that my car could be release from the port. Bob and Graham were very helpful in answering all my questions and very patient while I sorted out all the paperwork issues. I reviewed 3 different companies with Bob before we finally settled on Straighline Logistics LLC. Val from Straighline called me right away as soon has she received the information for the pickup from Bob. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions as well. My car was picked up a day early and actually arrived to Wisconsin a day early as well. My car did arrive dirty but it had also previously been shipped all the way from Germany. My dad received the car for me and he said the process went very well. I am so thankful for all the help I received from Amerifreight and Straighline Logistics. I would definitely recommend both of these companies and if I need to ship my car in the future I will be contacting them again!
