I received a filthy vehicle

Before having my vehicle shipped I had it detailed, washed and waxed. I expected the outside of the vehicle to be dirty which it was by the inside of my vehicle was filthy. Everything was caked in dust with dirt all over my floor as well. My wife and I were trying to figure out why our vehicle would be so dirty. The only explanation I could think of is that they shipped my car across the U.S. with the windows down.
Besides my car being dirty the customer service reps seemed to be lacking in knowledge. I contacted them a month and a half before I would be arriving to the location where I wanted my car shipped and I told them that I would like my car there at that time. So the customer service rep said they would start looking for drivers about two weeks before the date I wanted it there and that the car should be able to be there at that time. When it came to five days of my departure date they had not contacted me so I had to call them and inform them that I was approaching my departure date and needed a driver. They then told me I would need to pay more in order to have a better chance of picking up my vehicle. After that I had a driver right away but had to wait a week at the destination without my car.
I wont be using this place at all. There were some other companies that I was in contact with that had much better customer service and seemed like they really cared about getting my vehicle shipped. I shouldn't have trusted the prices they quoted me.
