My father died in October of 2012, at that time I wanted to pay off and drive his car from Vegas to MI. Due to circumstances that could not happen.
I began my search for transport services in November, looking at quotes from 795-1000. I spoke with several brokers many seemed to be about the hard sell and did not understand the urgency and tender care that needed to be taken with not only my father's car but me. After months of quotes back and forth with several companies I called Amerifreight one night and Bob answered. Bob was in no rush to sell me his services, but he did. He took the time to explain his company, different pricing options and the care that he would take in finding the right company/person to get my dad's car to me as quickly as possible. I signed on the doted line that night and I had a driver within one day.
I did have some issues with the transporter as based on my WEB search the company did not seem to feet the 5 star rating that Bob/Amerifreight did. I called both Bob and the transporter and waited for their reply. Bob reassured me that he picked the best driver for the car and told me where he got his leads. I felt reassured but apprehensive.
The driver due to unforeseen circumstances picked the car up 2 days later than the estimated time. However he was in touch with me from the time that he was a day away from home up until delivery on the estimated delivery date. My Dad's car looked amazing as the driver told me about the trip.
I am so pleased to have my Dad's car in my possession and pleased with Amerifeights overall service.
