I was extremely nervous about shipping my car across the country. I waited to the last minute to ship my car so I did a Google search for car shipping and found Amerifreight. The website was more informative than other sites because it told me when to expect to have my car picked up and delievered so I knew what I was getting, up front! I did little research on Amerifreight because I didn't feel like I had to after I received the emais containing my quote for the shipment. I admit that once I submitted the order online, I got cold feet and started to wonder if I should have asked around for another carrier. I submitted the qoute on Saturday morning and assumed I wouldn't hear from anyone until Monday. My consultant, Bob Turner, called me on his day off to confirm my order and answered all my questions about when I could realistically expect my car to be picked up and delivered. He had an answer for every question and gave me tips on how to prep my car for shipping. He quickly gained my trust because he told me he would work hard to have my car picked up in the 3 day window I provided. I literally breathed a sigh of relief when I hung up, because he earned my trust in his willingness to work hard and I could tell he meant it because he called on his day off to complete my order and get the bidding started. When I called tocheck on the status 2 days later, he hadn't had an offer yet. Almost 20 min later, he called me back and told me that I my car was ready for pick up the NEXT DAY. Overall, Bob was very responsive and reassuring and that ultimately put me at ease for shpping my car. I would definitely use Amerifreight again when I have to ship my car back to the East coast!
