My experience with AmeriFreight was a great one. It was actually my first one as well. I had contacted other companies before I called AmeriFreight and no other company came close to the deal AmeriFreight gave me. Other companies were either too expensive, or not legit, or would take weeks for me to receive my vehicle. I finally talked to AmeriFreight and they were able to help me out. They were able to find someone to pick up my vehicle at my convenience, they ensured me that my vehicle would get to me safely, I saved alot of money, and I received my vehicle within five days after pickup. Also, the customer service was excellent. I can definitely say that AmeriFreight works with their customers and they care about their customers as well. I had initially had an issue with making an order with AmeriFreight. My situation was that I had called AmeriFreight and had placed a reservation to have my vehicle picked up from Chicago, Il to San Diego, Ca, but then I had to cancel because I was informed that I would be deploying, so I had no reason to have my vehicle out there with me at my duty station. So, I called back and talked to Jorge and Graham about my situation and at first they couldn't give me a full refund, because of the company policies. Being the type of person I am, I wasn't going to walk away without my money. Graham and Jorge being the good guys they are said, you know what were going to work with you, if you send in a copy of your deployment orders we will refund you all of the money back. I said that was fine. Then, being the indecisive person that I am, I said I'm just going to have it shipped out here anyway. So, I called back after going back and forth for half an hour to tell them, you know what I'll have it shipped out anyways. At this point, Jorge had told the driver to cancel, so I asked them was it okay to continue with the order, and of course that's just more work for them. But, Jorge did it anyway because that's his job to take care of the customer, he could've said you know what we can't do it, but he did. He took care of me, he continued with the order, had to make some phone calls, and pulled some strings, just for me. After receiving my vehicle, my nissan pathfinder was safe and sound. I would definitely refer this company to anyone. They were willing to work with me, they gave me a great price and I received my vehicle within five days of my pickup date. I was very satisfied with AmerFreight.
