Although it took about a week after the first avcailable pick-up date, the wait was worth it as the type of trailer and tie-down (straps over the tires) was ideal. Bob Turner at AmeriFrieght was very diligent in trying to get a trucker to pick-up the car. He diverted money from the deposit to increase the truckers pay in order to attract more possible truckers. The trucker was very good as well. He kept me informed with no less than three or four phone calls to let me know his location and estimated arrival time. Seeing his equipment (clean and well cared for) and the trucker demonstrated his professional attitude and his desire to meet customer expectations. Overall, I was very satisfied with both organizations.
