Started out with discount rate of 800.00. I understood that this was a standby rate and might take a few days. After 5 or 6 business days hadn't even received a phone call. Called back and received an offer of 1200.00 the same day. Took it and car was picked up the next day. Don't expect good service unless you're willing to pay the average rate.
