I love the way Amerifreight is open and honest about how they do business. Everything was clearly presented, documented and well explained. They made me felt really confident and comfortable each step of the way.
I was really pleasantly surprised when my claim was answered in minutes after it was first filed. In a matter of hours, I not only have spoken to someone assigned to my claim, received written confirmation as well. In fact, the claim was settled the very next day.
It is not often you get to feel someone is watching out for your best interest... And AmerFreight really did for me!
