When I first talked to Bob, he greeted me kindly on the phone . I did NOT have to wait or be put on hold while i was on the phone. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was going to take the time the time to explain the shipping process, but did not have to since I had shipped a car before. Shipping a car can be very stressful, but Bob put my worries to ease. He negotiated a fair price with the carrier to get my car shipped quickly. I would highly recommend using Bob Turner at Amerifreight . He will go the extra mile for you !!!
