Cross country trips out of New Hampshire are hard to come by I found out. My sale associate Jorge was friendly, and offered me two options for shipping my Subaru BRZ. You can underbid, and see if a truck has an extra spot, or you can offer to pay the full going rate. Both options use drivers they vet and subcontract to I was told. I opted for the budget bid, and waited... and waited... and waited - 10 days! Finally after pinging Jorge a few times, he found me a truck - for the full going rate. I would have liked to have gone that route in the beginning and had those 10 days back.
The car came with no damage, just really dusty. It also had a few more miles on it than the 42 miles the dealer said it had leaving the showroom. It was at 77 miles when delivered. Oh well. But it was covered (YAY) and sharing a ride with a Ferrari. The actual shipping took longer than I was expecting after speaking with Jorge (11 days). All counted, it took 21 days to get my car from when I first contacted AmeriFreight to when I was handed the keys.
Over all I'm still satisfied. I got the car with zero damage, and was able to communicate with the driver Oleg directly.
Also, the reason AmeriFreight has so many reviews is because they offer $30 back if you give them a review. I got four followup emails asking me to review AmeriFreight, so here it is in it's full, honest glory.
