This was my first time to ship a car. Bob Turner explained to me how the system worked. I thought the Ameri Freight was the primary shipper, however they are a broker for securing haulers, so your car goes up on a bid and destination board. Since they are rated A+ by Better Business Bureau, I felt they would only contract wit haulers of known good reputation .Ameri Freight was the best rated of all the brokers that I considered. We were given the truck driver name and cell phone number. We were able to contact the driver the day we thought delivery would be made and find out the actual schedule. I personally thought there might be a delay because of severe weather that week. Car was delivered on the day promised. It was dirty as expected on the outside, but the windows had been left cracked open allowing the inside to get dirty. Don't know if my party in NJ was responsible for this or not. I would definitely use Ameri Freight again
