I used this company in order to ship my brand new 2013 Scion FR-S. Unfortunately I waited so long to write this review that I cannot remember the name of the person I was in touch with but I had a small window to ship my vehicle because i got early military orders to Camp Pendleton, California. I was able to get my car picked up the same day that I contacted them. They told me it was going to take about a week to 10 days to get the car to California but it could be earlier. To my surprise after flying to California 3 days later and getting a Hertz rental I was contacted by the carrier saying that my car would be there the next day. I drove my rental car to the pick up point which was a little north of the hotel we were staying at. The carrier unloaded my vehicle and asked if I needed to return my rental. The driver happily followed me to the rental drop off point in his own vehicle and brought me back to where they had unloaded my car. By the time we got back his team had washed my car and were in the middle of waxing it. I paid the other half of what I owed the company and drove off a happy customer. Thank you so much for the quick turn around time and the outstanding customer service. I will definitely use this company again on my next military move. Thank you again.
