I had a great experience with AmeriFreight. I originally got a quote for $800 with a deposit of $250, but when a carrier was found, the price increased. This was too much of an increase for budget I had. AmeriFreight lowered my deposit to $175 so I could stay in my budget and was refunded the $75 difference I already had paid for the deposit. This refunded and change in price all happened immediately. I did not have to wait days for my concerns to be attended to.
Bob Turner, the coordinator I worked with, was very attentive to my order throughout the whole process, calling me and emailing me, to work on my order, and make sure everything was going fine. It felt good to know that my order was being taking care of and I did not have to call constantly to see what was happening.
My experience with the carrier, Unicorn Transport LLC was also a good experience. I asked to be notified at least 12 hours in advance before pick-up so my vehicle would be available that day at the pick-up location. My request was honored and I, as well as my mother (she was at the pick-up) were contacted and were given a time for pickup. Although they were a few hour early for pick-up, my mother was notified beforehand and they did not just show up without notification.
My experience with AmeriFreight was a stress-free one and I felt attended to. I recommended AmeriFreight to anyone who appreciates good customer service and things being done at a speedy pace.
