Recently, I shipped my car from Los Angeles, CA to Fairfield, CT because I moved. Honestly, I have had such horrible experience shipping my vehicles in the past when moving cross country I was set on driving my car myself.
Unfortunately, the holidays (Christmas, New Years), were right around the corner. I had to make a decision with my one week off work-spend the holidays with my family, or fly out to LA and make the long drive. My boyfriend convinced me to ship my car so we could see our families instead of at a hotel somewhere in the middle of the country.
I called several companies to ship my car. They all seemed pretty friendly, but because of previous bad experiences I was going to select the company with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. When I spoke to Graham at AmeriFreight Car Shipping I knew he was going to go the extra mile, and he did!! I called him, and wanted my vehicle shipped the NEXT day because of the holidays. Well, to my surprise, Graham got to work, checked out our options, found the BEST PRICE AND LAST MINUTE!!! I was sooo happy. I really expected to spend a thousand or so, and saving the extra money I was able to surprise my family with some gifts. My car arrived in excellent condition, just the way I found it. The drivers were easy to deal with and met me so close to my home I was able to walk and did not even need a ride.
