After receiving several quotes, I chose Ameri Fright for its excellent reviews. Overall, I was satisfied with the service. The agent I worked with followed up with me within the timeframe that was originally quoted (7-10 days). The driver delivered the car within 20 hours from pickup and the car was not damaged. I would use them again if I needed to transport a car. Good customer service and was extremely reliable. The agent also followed up with me via emails and phone calls and kept me informed & updated on the status of my order. This showed professionalism.
My only recommendation (and not a complaint) is that the quote should have been more accurate with the going market rate for drivers. For example, I was given a quote originally for $395, where $200 was for the driver. I ended up paying an additional $100 requested by the driver just to get the car transported sooner than later. I think the driver was worth the additional $100 since he delivered earlier than scheduled. I think $300 for a driver was a more accurate price, not $200. I would have just appreciated a more accurate price for the transport so that I could have budgeted better.
