When looking for a carrier, I struggled with the gross amount of carriers to choose from. I first went online thinking it would be easy. Next I filled out a survery to have carriers contact me. Boy, did they. Over half of the contacts had bad ratings on the BBB website. However, Amerifreight had excellent service scores. With this knowledge in hand, I contacted Bob Turner at Amerifreight. He was extremely kind and considerate of my many concerns. We talked and he relieved me of all of my hesitations and we placed the order. Due to the remoteness of my pickup in rural mississippi, I had to wait a couple extra days to get a pickup. It came, and the driver, Andrez was very nice and informative. He told me what to expect and delivered the truck in great condition, on time. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and if I am to ever do it again, I will 100% go with Amerifreight, and Bob Turner to be specific!
