This was my first time using this type of service. Amerifreight staff was very tolerant of my many questions. My expectations were probably the same as everyone else who uses this type of service. I expected Amerifreight to act as a responsible broker between myself and the myriad transport service providers (all of whom I was thoroughly unfamiliar with). I further expected robust and clear communications with good follow up. Amerifreight did just that. A simple measure of my satisfaction is as follows: Yes! I would use them again. They have earned my trust.
