The contact person online and on the phone was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I chose expedited service as they recommended, and I was not disappointed. The driver went out of his way to be sure pickup did not inconvenience us. Pickup was on time, and delivery to my son in LA was way faster than my expectations, given the distance. We would use Amerifreight again in a heartbeat.
