I moved from Southern California to South Florida and needed to have my Audi convertible transported. My vehicle is kept garaged and is in mint, showroom condition. I was concerned about it being transported and not getting damaged. I also had never hired a car transport company and was concerned about who was a legitimate company. I did not have the time to research all of the companies (there are so many).
I called AmeriFreight and spoke with Graham. He took the time to explain all of the details regarding the transport process as well as pricing and actual logistics of shipping my car. This really helped and eased my concerns. Regarding pricing. I was on a tight budget, so closed shipping wasn't an option. I went with an open carrier for $850 total.
Within a day, everything was confirmed, signed and ready to go. The carrier arrived on time (they called ahead to notify me when the driver would be there). The pick up process was simple. On schedule, four days later the car arrived (they called ahead of time to confirm all details of the drop off). There was no damage to my car, no scratches, nothing. It was a little dusty outside, which is what I expected.
The entire process was outstanding. When it comes to paying for a service, I expect a great experience. I am a very critical consumer. Graham and the folks at AmeriFreight exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them.
