I had never turned one of my personal vehicles over to a shipper before, and I needed to move my old but beloved collectible car across the country recently. I had worked with another company briefly before calling Amerifreight and had a terrible experience which left me admittedly nervous and distrusting (car was contracted to a shipper who barely spoke English and could not communicate, verifiable business information on the company was unavailable, etc). From the start, Graham at Amerifreight was informative and honest, explaining the various price points and what I could reasonably expect. He was reassuring and credible and regained my trust. Even quicker than expected, Graham found a shipper that was reputable and good to deal with, and the move went smoothly. I am a critical consumer and expect good service, and I would use Amerifreight again and recommend Graham as an agent.
