Setting up the transport was easily done by phone. Graham got me a lower price than original quote was expected to be. His Email contact kept me current on what was happening prior to pickup and turned me over to the driver, who would handle it from there.
I received a call from the driver and was told that the vehicle pickup time would be at Noon the next day. At 3:00pm, when no one had arrived, I called and was told it would be more like 7-7:30pm. At 7:30pm I received a call stating that it would be yet another hour. The driver arrived at 9:15pm. He offered an apology for time delays, stating that there were traffic problems coming out of the previous city. We went through a checklist on the vehicle for any scratches or previous damage, and turned the car over to him for transport. The shipping and delivery went right on schedule, and I was even allowed to have a family member sign and pay for the vehicle on my behalf.
Overall I was pleased with the service, and I would use this company again....I just wouldn't make any plans on the day that the vehicle is to be picked up.
