Once Amerifreight has located your carrier, they essentially hand your off to them but Bob Turner did a great job of explaining the process. My car was delivered with care by the carrier although it was delivered a day later than expected. I would definitely recommend Bob Turner and Amerifreight if you're looking for Hakuna Matata/No Worries service!
