After checking with several companies I chose to go with Amerifreight because of the cost savings. After talking with the first person because the branch that Grahm worked at was in a different time zone and was gone for the day, I was told that they have 3 different options. #1 was their ecconomie package in wich the car would be picked up in 7-10 business days for 649.00. #2 was a step up the car would be picked up in 3-5 business days for another 150.00. And the #3 Was the full ammount of $980.00 witch was with no discount. And was also about $200.00 more than alot of other companies I checked with. I chose to go with the #1 package, The next morning I received a call from Grahm telling me he is my listing agent. Well rite off the bat he says you chose our economy package and theres a 50% chance the car will be shipped at that price, he told me that its like being on stand-by at the airport. If a carrier is open and in the area they may pick it up. I was quite mad at this point but,they already had my deposit. I told Grahm OK, NO MORE GAMES! what do I have to pay to get this done? He told me I could pay 150.00 more and that would do it. $(95% chance) After being with-in 1 day of the maximum 5 day window I called him again. He told me he was going to throw anther $50.00 at it. I said WHY? He said to encourage a driver to pick it up faster. Then he told me when he called again that the car would be picked up Thursday and I would have it on Saturday. I exprssed my displeasure and he told me that it was out of his control and he is just in charge of booking the job. Then I never heard anything from the person I bought the car from saying the transport driver called him to let him know he was going to pick it up. I then called Grahm again and he said the same thing about just booking the job and they didnt pick up the car. He did call the driver and he said that he couldnt reach the contact where the car was at. I told him that Ive called the same person over 10 times and all but 1 he picked up the phone and the 1 time he called me back within 2 minutes. (I didnt buy it) Then he told me that the driver was very short with him and he said you know how they are driving with little sleep. I was furious! I said you think hes being short with you? My patience is GONE!! Every time I spoke with this guy I was told something different!! Well, on Saturday and about 4 days late I received the car. A 1969 Chevelle that now had a bent out front bumper from the driver hooking the chain and a link catching and bending it out. So I get to buy another front bumper rite off the bat! In closing I just want to say, NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE AMERIFREIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
