I was a bit nervous about paying a broker to arrange delivery of my car, but Amerifreight quickly arranged a carrier to pick up and deliver the car. We had agreed on a price for priority preferred service over the phone, but the written quote was $145 higher, which was the Select Express rate. Further, the T's and C's of the quote reflected the Economy Saver level of service. Nevertheless, when I emailed Amerifreight to remind them of our agreed-upon rate, they honored it with no issues and had a truck to pick up the car sooner than expected. I was worried that because Amerifreight takes their commission up front, leaving the customer to pay the driver in cash upon delivery, that the driver was going to charge me the higher rate, but the COD fee was as expected. After arranging for pickup, Amerifreight's communication was lacking a bit. I had to take the initiative to reach out to them to find out when to expect delivery, and even then, the dates communicated were inaccurate. I eventually asked for the contact information for the driver and communicated directly with him, which worked much better. Car eventually arrived in good shape, so no major complaints in the end. For full disclosure, Amerifreight contacted me recently and offered a $20 rebate if I would write a review based on my experience. Notwithstanding the expectation of a rebate, this is an unbiased and honest review. /RB
