Though poor cell phone covereage on my end caused us to be disconnected a couple of times, the folks at AmeriFreight were patient and helpful, great at answering my questions and getting things set up. We were transporting our truck from Dallas to the Long Beach, CA pier to shipment to Hawaii. The actual transport carrier (AmeriFreight is the "broker") was awesome. The driver, Wayne, went above and beyond kindness. Since they were able to pick up the vehicle early, I wasn't quite ready and had too much gas in the tank for it to be accepted at it's California destination. Wayne was kind enough to pick up other vehicles he had scheduled for the Dallas area and meet me later in the day to get our truck. That gave me time to drive around and burn off the extra gas! I think anyone else would have told me to reschedule for another day, but Wayne was so nice and REALLY accommodating. The truck arrived at its final destination in Hawaii without a scratch. Thanks Amerifreight and a huge thanks to our driver Wayne for great customer service!!
