Because they wouldn’t let me give them 10!
First the Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with this broker nor can my endorsement be purchased. I will not be compensated for this review. The reason I tell you this is that I only believe about 10% of what I see or read on the internet and I’ve heard sales promises all my life and I’ve been mostly disappointed. I just bought a classic car and wanted it shipped about 500 miles to my home. I picked AmeriFreight and dealt with Graham. I first contacted him on a Thursday and confirmed on Friday. That afternoon he called and said the car would be picked up within 2 to 5 days, and delivered within 5 to 7 days after that. The very next day (Saturday) I got a message from Graham that the car would be picked up on Monday. And it was. Delivery would be 3 to 5 days after pick-up. But the driver called and we arranged for delivery the next day - Tuesday. The entire process took 3 business days from start to finish! Graham delivered! His service was above and beyond my wildest expectations. Undoubtedly, Graham will be the first and only broker I contact next time. My new car is now safely in my garage and I realize I didn’t have to worry like I did.
