I submitted my information for a quote with AmeriFreight and within minutes received a quote and a direct line to my customer service agent, Graham. I was impressed that I was not handed to a call center, routed around or put on hold. When I called Graham HE answered the phone. They contracted the pick up of my newly purchased Camaro to Warner Express and provided me with a direct line for my customer service agent there, Kathy. And she answered the phone when I called. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. They picked up the vehicle exactly when I asked for it to be. I was expecting delivery between 4 and 5pm according to the online map program, so when I received a call from the driver at 3:30 letting me know he was seven to eight minutes away I was plesently surprised. The rate I was quoted was exactly the rate I paid. I was also offered rebates which reduced the quoted price. I really appreciate a military discount. I was extremely nervous using a carrier service, but am now at ease since my car is sitting in perfect condition at my house. I would use AmeriFreight services again and reccomend them to a friend.
