Vehicle was picked up the EXACT date they specified (not early, not late) and delivered the EXACT date specified. This was extremely helpful, it allowed me to accurately plan around the car shipment. No disruption to my daily life. Vehicle was clean as I left it, with only ONE extra mile on it (how did they do it?). Graham was extremely helpful when I forgot my order number and with any questions I had during transport.
This was also a cross country trip. How they managed without ANY dirt at all is beyond me (open carrier). Since taking delivery I still haven't washed it.
