First, I am not the kind of person who would write reviews that frequently about any company for their service. However, AmeriFreight exceeded my expectations by keeping utmost professionalism and moreover timely delivery of my vehicle from Illinois to California.
Now, for those people who are looking around for a cheap move of their vehicle- my suggestion would be that expect less when you are time bound for the delivery of your vehicle. It basically depends upon the actual driver who picks up your car and not really the broker company. Also, if you are looking for quotes online then don't think you can hang on to that quote for a long time as those are just amounts that are crunched out from a calculation/formula of distance upon time.
As listed on their website, I opted for the Priority Preffered rate after speaking to Graham who was honest in guiding me the difference between a standard rate and PP rate. Immediately after accepting the quote I received an email from AmeriFreight that my vehicle was assigned to a dispatch and will be picked up within 3 days. However, I did receive a call from the dispatch later telling me that the driver is stuck in transit and that my pick up will be delayed by a day (not a problem, patience is virtue :)...My Car was picked up on agreed date and the driver was really very friendly. I even cut him a music CD to thank him.
